Due to the nature of our products being edible, we accept returns only in the following cases:
1.1 Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
1.2 Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
1.3 Contaminated Products: If the product is unsafe to use or defective.
Exclusions:
Products that have been opened and used will not be eligible for a return unless they meet the above criteria.
Returns for change of mind will not be accepted after the product has been opened.
2.1 You must initiate your return within 14 days of receiving the product.
2.2 Late return requests may not be accepted.

3.3 Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging (where possible) to prevent further damage.
4.1 Refunds will be processed only for approved returns.
4.2 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
4.3 Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
5.1 Improper Storage: We are not responsible for products damaged due to improper storage or misuse after delivery.
